Road-Network-Based Event Information System in a Cooperative ITS Environment

This study proposes and implements an intelligent transportation system (ITS)-based that collects road event information via a vehicle’s on-board unit (OBU) roadside (RSU), integrates processes based on the database network, provides to vehicles. enables collection of without calculating exact location recognized by vehicle facilitates duplicate processing from multiple sources. can then be provided other vehicles or operators apps web, enabling immediate response emergency situations changes in conditions.
